100 Projects for Peace Awarded to Aden Fischer-Brown '21, Nola Kim Mayer '22 and Kate Walters '21
Aden, Nola and Kate will continue working on their project makerBoards which was conceived last summer in response to the isolation caused by the pandemic. makerBoards are mobile plexiglass windows that invite community members of all ages and backgrounds to co-create while mitigating exposure. Nola is responsible for most of our graphic design, construction drawings, and signage for our process and final products. Aden oversees our social media marketing and coordinates the logistics of our partnerships. Kate has a strong background in woodworking and has thus taken the lead on construction of the makerBoards.
