Registering Letter Writers,the Confidentiality Waiver and Transcript Upload
Many of our fellowship applications have a standardized application form. There are some national fellowships that have their own application system; the instructions on how to submit an application for each of the fellowships administered in this office can be found on the respective webpages.
This Recommendation Registration Form should be completed in advance of your submitting a fellowship application and well in advance of the deadline for your application.
Please be sure to inform those writing on your behalf the name of the fellowship you are applying for, they will need this information to complete the recommendation form.
CONFIDENTIALITY WAIVER UPLOAD: For most applications you will upload a waiver through the recommendation registration form as well, there are some exceptions; please review the waiver webpage for more information. If you do not have a waiver on file with the office you should be prepared to upload one when you are registering your letter writers.
TRANSCRIPT UPLOAD: The recommendation registration form will be used to upload your transcript if you are applying for the following programs; please be prepared to do this when you complete the form.

It is your responsibility to communicate with your recommenders about your application and the deadline for each fellowship opportunity you would like to be considered for; you are welcome to email the office at firstname.lastname@example.org AFTER the campus deadline to ensure your application is complete.
